PermanentThe Permit Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the management, coordination, tracking, and administration of the permit-to-work process for Linxon's Transmission EPC works on the Hinkley Point C Project. The role ensures that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with site permit requirements, safety procedures, client standards, and regulatory obligations.
Working closely with Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, Principal Contractors, EDF Energy representatives, and subcontractors, the Permit Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that permits are accurately processed, communicated, tracked, and archived to enable safe and efficient execution of transmission and substation construction activities.
This role is critical to ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of Linxon's transmission infrastructure works at Hinkley Point C. The Permit Office Administrator will support one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects by ensuring effective administration and control of site permits, enabling construction teams to execute work safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
