About the Role:
A warm, inclusive, and high-achieving primary school in Islington is looking to appoint a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to take full class responsibility and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum.
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to ensure progress for all pupils.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support pupil wellbeing and development.
Maintain high expectations for all learners and promote positive behaviour.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching in KS2, preferably Year 3 (though not essential).
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment.
A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic teaching style.
Commitment to inclusive practice and ongoing professional growth.
