Base Salary: £37,038.00

Top Point Salary: £44,814.00

Grade: 8 (£37,038 – £44,814, unconsolidated maximum £46,857)

Social Workers within Adult Services receive a Retention Bonus of £1000 for each completed year of service.

The total package can reach up to £47,857 including the Retention Bonus.

Flexible working arrangements are available, allowing staff to work partly from home and partly on-site to meet service needs.

We seek confident and skilled Social Workers to join our Adult Services team. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for Adults within Sutton.
