Job Description:

2 x Part-time Support Workers Required, Ref No 42453

To provide flexible support to a female client with a mental health condition. The role involves helping organize appointments, correspondence, and motivating/supporting the client in accessing leisure, health, and social services, as part of an individual program plan.

The role promotes independence and a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing, working within a team.

Positions:

• Permanent Support Worker – 18 hours per week
• Casual Support Worker – as and when required, flexible hours

Hours of Work:

• Permanent role: Afternoon/Evening shifts and alternate weekends
• 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Seeking stable hours with some flexibility. Casual worker role involves flexible hours as needed.

Pay Rate:

£20.00 per hour on weekdays

An enhanced DBS check is required due to the nature of the role.
