Job Summary
Join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Specialist Clinical Trials Pharmacist. You will play an essential role in our dynamic and multicultural Clinical Trials Pharmacy department, which prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and a commitment to excellence.
As a Specialist Clinical Trials Pharmacist, you will contribute to the development and execution of cutting-edge clinical trials. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong interest in combining pharmaceutical expertise with project management. You will manage the preparation and updating of in-house documentation, oversee the supply and storage of investigational medicinal products, and ensure the successful participation of the pharmacy in clinical trials that push the boundaries of medical innovation.
You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in the Aseptic Preparation of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) within our clinical trials aseptic unit and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) Unit.
We welcome applicants who may not meet the full person specification, with the understanding that successful candidates will be appointed to a lower band until all required competencies are achieved. Comprehensive training will be provided.
