The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in recruitment, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, with free parking on site.

Rapid Resourcing Recruitment are looking for a Perm Recruitment Consultant.

We are already a thriving Industrial recruitment agency but want to expand into the permanent side of recruitment.

This is a new desk so will require someone who has the ability and the drive to succeed in the recruitment world to build a sucessful profitable desk.
