Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse seeking a stable, part-time role with flexibility and excellent team support? We're offering a permanent 14-hour-per-week opportunity in Royal Tunbridge Wells , where your skills will directly enhance patient care in a well-established GP practice.

Key Responsibilities

As a Practice Nurse, you'll work closely with GPs and the wider clinical team to deliver:

Chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD, etc.)

Cervical cytology (smear tests)

Routine and travel vaccinations

Wound care and ear irrigation

Health screening and lifestyle support

QOF-related duties and documentation

? What You'll Need

NMC registration

Current or recent experience in a GP practice/primary care setting

Proficient in smears, vaccinations, and chronic disease reviews

Excellent patient care and communication skills

A proactive, organised approach
