Job summary

• Experience delivering Early Years activities and creating engaging learning environments.
• Ability to support children with diverse needs including SEND.
• Familiarity with phonics, stories, songs and language development.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate Early Years activities.
• Supporting children's communication, language and early literacy development.
• Encouraging independence, social skills, creativity and physical development.
• Adapting activities to meet individual needs, including those with SEND.
• Observing progress and using assessments to support each child's next steps.
