Job summary

Workforce Staffing is recruiting an experienced TIG Welder for a night‑shift role in Nottingham. You will produce high‑quality welded components to drawings and customer specs, using aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, with a focus on accuracy and clean welds.

The role is permanent and full‑time, with a night shift from 10pm to 6am and a night‑shift allowance already included in the hourly rate. Overtime opportunities and on‑site parking are available.

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong aluminium welding experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld components to a consistently high standard.
• Weld stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
• Work from detailed engineering drawings.
• Produce both cosmetic and structural welds.
• Ensure work meets customer and quality specs.
• Inspect own work and maintain high standards.
• Work accurately to production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
