Job summary

Castle Employment Agency Ltd is seeking experienced Fabricator/Welders for a night shift in Rotherham. Permanent roles with PAYE rates. Night shift pay £24.16/hour (£48,152 basic) with overtime up to £48.24. Four-day week, hours 7pm–5:30am.

Role involves fabricating structural steel, MIG/MAG and flux core welding, coded welding, and reading drawings. Benefits include holiday, pension and long-service entitlements, health support and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Time-served or apprentice-trained with shop-floor experience in structural or heavy steel environments.
• Experience welding to coded standards.
• Be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel items of varying grades and thicknesses.
• Weld in MIG/MAG and flux core processes.
• Weld to coded standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
