Job summary

Anderselite is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a growing team delivering MEICA works across the Environment Agency Framework in the North West. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, installation, refurbishment and fault-finding on pumps, gearboxes, penstocks, sluice gates, valves and pipework; reading drawings and using your CSCS card plus UK driving licence to operate across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• CSCS card or relevant industry certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in the North West.
• Install, refurbish and fault-find on mechanical assets (pumps, gearboxes, penstocks, sluice gates, valves, pipework).
• Work on MEICA/Water Industry projects for the Environment Agency framework.
