Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in ICT, business studies, and Computing to help students achieve their potential.
  • Teach a range of courses including Computing, Digital, and IT, for levels 1 to 5, catering to 14-19 and adult learners.
  • Maintain records of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Ensure lessons are engaging and meet individual student needs.
  • Manage and develop teaching resources, sharing effective materials across the Trust.
  • Monitor student progress, implement intervention strategies, and support underachieving students.
Skills & Experience:
  • Right to Work & Enhanced DBS (Adult/Child) within the last 3 months or on the update service.
  • Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Honours degree in digital/computing or equivalent.
  • UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed) or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering ICT or computing subjects.
