Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for our Lutterworth site. Join a 24/7 operation delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres nationwide, with a 55-hour week and 5-in-7 night shifts starting from 12:00 pm.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive pay package including shift supplements and overtime. If you pride yourself on safe driving and professional customer delivery standards, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E licence held with no more than 6 points.
• DCPC and Tachograph cards current and valid.
• Knowledge of Driver’s Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Experience with palletised general haulage and backdoor deliveries valued.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises.
• Complete palletised haulage deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional appearance.
• Report delays, issues, or defects promptly to the Transport Office.
