We are a family run farming business growing niche vegetable crops plus a flock of 500 Breeding Ewes, we are looking for a general farm worker/tractor driver to help with the day to day operations of the business including tractor driving, irrigation and maintenance work. We have a modern fleet of tractors and equipment.

The candidate:

• A self-motivated, adaptable person who is able to work well under pressure
• Prepared to turn their hand to anything put in front of them
• Good tractor driving skills, especially some precision work and for trailer work hauling produce
• Some knowledge of irrigation equipment would be useful
• Some mechanical knowledge would be useful
