We finance, produce, and distribute around 80 films per year, owning one of Europe's largest and most prestigious catalogues.

Your missions

Based in London or Paris, in our Legal and Business Affairs - International production and acquisitions department, reporting to the Head of Department in Paris, your responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements related to international film and series development and production.
2. Handling legal review of production agreements, clearances, and licenses.
3. Managing legal aspects of disputes, including drafting correspondence and coordinating with outside counsel.
4. Supervising the work of the paralegal and assisting team members as needed.

What about you?

Qualifications include:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in legal production work, in-house or in a media law firm.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; basic French is a plus.
• Legal degree in UK or US law.
