Doctor Job Description

• Speciality -Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist
• Location -Birmingham
• Pay Rate - £105,000 to £139,000 per annum
• This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team serving the North of Birmingham, with strong ties to local GPs and community services.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead inpatient and community psychiatric care for adults with mental health needs.
• Provide expert clinical leadership in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Collaborate with the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team to maintain patient stability.
• Engage in service innovation and support junior doctor training.

CESR support available for international candidates.

• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• Full Registration with the General Medical Council
• MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
• Approved under section 12 of the Mental Health Act 1983
