Job summary

The Job People in Stoke-on-Trent are urgently seeking a Machine Operator for a genuine permanent role. You will operate CNC machines, perform quality inspections, and run 1–2 machines, with a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern. Pay starts at £14.00 per hour with weekly pay and potential bonuses.

Shifts run 7:30 to 19:30 for four days, then four days off; nights from 19:30 to 07:30 with four days off. Accessible by public transport. This is a permanent, entry-to-mid level manufacturing position.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and production experience.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred.
• Able to read measurements and gauges.
