We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Car Buyer to deliver an exceptional car buying experience to customers. This role involves sourcing vehicles, liaising with dealerships, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contact pre-approved customers within required timeframes
2. Build rapport with customers and dealerships to achieve optimal outcomes
3. Understand customer needs to source their ideal car
4. Negotiate with dealerships for the best deals
5. Coordinate with customers and dealerships for smooth transactions
6. Collaborate with the Personal Assistance team for full handover to Customer Care
7. Maintain high standards of organisation and proactive task management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 12–18 months’ experience in car finance brokerage
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Knowledge of the car buying industry (desirable)
• Flexible, motivated, and proactive approach

Salary: £27,000 per annum (OTE £40,000–£50,000). Benefits include pension, parking, and healthcare. Location: Cheadle, SK8 2JY. Start date: ASAP.
