Job Title: Advanced Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team
Location: East & West Surrey (Reigate, Weybridge, Woking, Guildford)
Salary: £52,884 - £56,175 per annum (including £5,000 market supplement)

About the Role

As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you'll work in a truly multi-disciplinary team alongside domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, psychologists, and other professionals using motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing complex cases and court proceedings
  • Building strong relationships with families and children
  • Delivering high-quality, relationship-based social work
  • Creating long-term positive change in children's lives
