Dream Medical is working with a number of respected Private Hospitals in Exeter and urgently requires a full-time Ward Staff Nurse to work on the surgical ward.

An opportunity has arisen for a Ward Staff Nurse to join the nursing team on the ward, also interested in taking Registered Nurses with a variety of experience who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. There will be a wide variety of cases which will broaden your skills and support you in professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas. You will be patient-focused and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as strong organisational skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and will be capable of managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities. Post-op and Pre-op experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Successful applicants will enjoy career development and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of other healthcare specialists. For the right candidate, this private hospital would consider taking on a newly qualified nurse and also potentially part-time hours.
