Full Time Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner urgently required for Private Hospital in the Taunton area

Dream Medical is working with a number of respected Private Hospitals in the Taunton area and urgently requires full-time Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner ASAP.

The ideal candidate would be an exceptional Scrub Nurse or Practitioner, preferably with orthopaedic scrub experience, who has a passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising and supporting clinical support and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training, and mentorship to meet development needs. You will deliver high-quality patient care that is clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care as part of a collaborative programme.

As a registered Theatre Nurse/ODP, you will have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You will also have post-registration experience. Immediate/Advanced Life Support is desirable. You should be an excellent communicator and team worker, both flexible and motivated, and understand the importance of continuity in patient care. Candidates must be NMC or HCPC registered.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, offering a salary of £25-27K depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
