Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to work in Peterborough, NH.

Start Date:

  • 2024-05-20T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:

  • Nights, 36 hours/ 3 days a week guaranteed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • NH license is required
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: One year of nursing experience related to a specialty area; ICU experience required. Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Required Skills: Current N.H. R.N. license. ACLS Certification required. PALS Certification recommended. Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience required. PCCN or CCRN Certification preferred. Ability to learn and adapt. Ability to direct others. NO NEW GRADS.

Profile Requirements:

  • Work History Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
  • Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
  • License/Certifications: NH license or compact. ACLS and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs

Prior to start date you will need to send the following to the recruiter and credentialing:

  • Resume without time gaps and education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
  • Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background.
  • Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
  • Current Yearly Physical.
  • TB TEST; Two step or QuantiFERON as requested by facility.
  • BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required.
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers.
  • Credentialing will require other documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
