• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience in recruitment (360 or similar role) or sales (B2B sales experience is a plus) will prove a strong advantage, but as mentioned above, not essential.
• Attractive profit share scheme as opposed to commission, which compliments our supportive & nurturing team ethos.
