Part time Practice Nurse urgently required for a Health Care Centre in the Yeovil area

Dream Medical is working with a Health Care Centre in the Yeovil area who urgently require part time Practice Nurse.

An opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to work across two sites in the Yeovil area. You will be part of the nursing team responsible for ensuring the practice provides optimum care relevant to the practice population, in the practice and home environment. You will focus on supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long term conditions, health prevention and screening activities. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate relevant experience in Chronic Disease Management, be NMC registered with post registration experience.

This role is part time, salary is negotiable dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including NHS pension.
