Perm Practice Nurse Manchester Full Time 35 hours GP Surgery Great Team in Warrington

The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 35 hours a week on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Skills:

1. Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
2. Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
3. The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
4. Child and adult immunisations
5. Cervical Cytology
6. Spirometry
7. Diabetes
8. Asthma and COPD monitoring
9. Family planning
10. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
11. Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
