Dream Medical is a dedicated Primary Care Recruitment Agency working with private, NHS and third sector clients. Our client runs several NHS 111 contracts around the UK and are looking to expand the team with the support of Dream Medical.
We currently have a number of vacancies for 111 Clinical Advisors to ensure the delivery of effective, safe and quality patient care. The primary focus of the role is to ensure compliance in line with the clinical Pathways system, whilst assessing and triaging patients over the telephone, making appropriate referrals as required.
Essential Criteria:
Upon successful application, candidates will be required to complete Pathways training (which will be paid for and part of the contract). You will have the opportunity for career progression within the 111 service.
You should feel comfortable and confident to take calls from the general public and offer clinical advice and guidance to health-related issues in a telephone triage role. The call centre is operational 24/7, so bank holiday increases are an opportunity, and you will be required to participate in out of hours work to support and monitor the clinical workforce.
There are full time (37.5 hours) and part time (15 hours) contracts available. The ideal candidate will be flexible regarding working hours, and this role requires out of hours work including weekends.
