Bedroom, Bathroom lounge and Kitchen

Lovely location set in 300 acres

2 children aged 3 years and a 10 month old

Must have nanny experience of babies

Parents work from home

Someone warm, caring, self-motivated and fun

Driver required, car provided on duty

Salary depends on qualification and experience

Around £45 to £50,000 GPA

Requirements

The family is seeking someone who has a kind heart, genuinely loves being with children, has endless amounts of enthusiasm, creativity and pro activity to develop engaging and varied programmes for both children.

The role is based in an idyllic location with over 300 acres to explore so this role suits someone who loves being in nature and utilising the environment to develop activities and learning opportunities for the children.

The Montessori and RIE approaches really resonate with the familys values of fostering independence, clear boundaries and communicating with respect and kindness.

Duties include nursery duties, developing engaging developmentally appropriate activities for both children, preparing nutritious meals, ensuring clothing equipment and childrens areas are clean and tidy. The role will be sole charge of eldest child with shared care with the youngest charge as the mother is exclusively breastfeeding the baby.

The nearest town is less than 2 miles away where there is a range of local shops and cafes. 20 mins away is Malvern for even more shops, cafes, restaurants, yoga.

For the children, there is a forest school session that runs twice weekly that is 20 minutes away. There are also a range of music and swimming classes that are within 30 minutes.

There are regular direct train services from either Malvern Link or Worcester Parkway into London taking 2.5hrs.

As a residential position the nanny will have separate lodgings to include independent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space.

As with all our jobs you will need an enhanced (Not basic) DBS police check that is on the update system or less than a year old and first aid. You will need to be available in London in order to interview and trial with families in person. We can only consider candidates who have the right to work in the UK (share code) as we do not sponsor candidates and are unable to reply to these applicants. All candidates need to be fully checked and reference checked before being presented to clients - please be aware this will include ID checks/ police checks/ right to work in the UK/ proof of address as well as speaking with verbal referees.
