Job description

Staff Nurse- Outpatients – Excellent Salary – Permanent Position. An opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious client as Staff Nurse in the Brentwood Area.

I am interested in hearing from a highly motivated, experienced Staff Nurse to join my client's busy outpatient department. You would need experience in Plastics/Cosmetics/Orthopedics and have full registration to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based and safe patient care is delivered at all times.

My client can offer you a varied surgical caseload and you'll enjoy the real respect, rapport and effective working of a close-knit, highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.

Successful applicants will enjoy working alongside expert consultants and a multi-disciplinary team of other healthcare specialists, access to a dedicated professional and personal development program and experience within a highly professional working environment.

Duties:
  • To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care.
  • To work within a team, supervising and directing junior staff.
Person Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with full NMC Registration
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools
  • Passionate, proactive and driven to succeed
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • With strong leadership skills you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of holistic, patient-centered care.

About the Hospital. A modern, well-equipped hospital provides a range of services and treatments from outpatients and minor procedures through to inpatients and major surgical specialties.

Hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 15 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy and an onsite Pharmacy. My client is established as one of the leading providers of healthcare in the area and have completed a £5 million refurbishment and are in the process of having a new digital theatre.
