Perms Director - Basic up to £60,000 OTE £100K plus - Stock options

Our client is looking for a Company Director to lead a team of high billing Consultants and grow and develop the team even further.

You must be smart, professional, have a strong work ethic, be personable, adaptable and carry the gravitas and credibility one would expect from this level of role.

Whilst there is already a generous remuneration package in place , the real cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake is the stock options where you can hope to either be part of an MBO in a few years time or take your chunk of money with you and go and lie on a beach somewhere!!!

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of building and developing teams of this stature, must have a track record of developing a Perms team and should have a solid, naturally progressive CV.

This role may suit either an established Director or a Senior Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
