The role includes cooking from Thursday to Sunday and entails using fresh produce from the estate's garden. Previous experience in a private household and an Enhanced DBS check are required. Private Chef Job, 4 days a week in Kent
A client based in Kent is looking for a Private Chef four days a week for a family of four.
You will be required to cook from Thursday to Sunday each week. The family consists of two Principals and two children under five years old. They do not have dietary requirements but would like to eat healthy balanced meals when just cooking for the family.
The Estate has a kitchen garden and using the fresh seasonal produce is a must.
The family do entertain regularly especially over the weekend with is usually for up too eight guests, although this can be extended on special occasions. When entertaining they would like the chef to create formal dining meals and be creative with the menus.
The Estate also hosts shoots which the chef would be required to cater for.
Due to the rural location driving and having your own vehicle is required.
The chosen chef will provision for the household, be organised and meticulous and clean your working areas, they will also be required to set the table. This is a formal household.
An Enhanced DBS and previous Private Household experience is required for this position.
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 GPA
