Advanced Nurse/ Clinical Practitioners required in Minehead up to £55,000 per annum!

We have a great opportunity for Advanced Nurse/ Clinical Practitioners to join a great team in Minehead. You will be working within a forward-thinking Service, as part of a fantastic team with a wide range of great benefits.
The Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner will assess, diagnose and plan care for patients; including prescribing of medications where qualified to do so, and where clinically indicated. They will manage acute presentations to the service as part of a team of autonomous Practitioners; in addition to using the clinical knowledge and skills to determine urgency and best pathway for the patients.
The full-time equivalent is 40 hours per week. For a full-time equivalent, the post holder is expected to work 5 days over 7, on a rota basis. However, part-time can also be considered.

What you'll work on

1. Undertake face-to-face consultations with patients from Sheffield and the surrounding areas
2. Undertake urgent primary care and refer elsewhere, when applicable
3. Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
4. Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients are seen by the right person

What we're looking for

1. An individual registered with the NMC/ HCPC
2. Right to work in the UK - required
3. ANP/ ACP / Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Practitioner with a background in either primary or urgent care or other hospital setting
4. Ability to see and treat patients with varying conditions.
5. A Non-medical prescribing qualification
6. Ability to triage (desirable)
7. Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
8. Excellent organisational skills
