Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of peripatetic staff members across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service quality.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all locations.
Manage scheduling and logistics for team assignments to maximize efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate appropriate training opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of service delivery and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize resources effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently to different locations as needed.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
A degree in management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
