Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint 1x Support Assistant working18.50 hoursper week in De Lacy Gardens. This essential service works 7 days perweek, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.

The successful person will be and be prepared to work a 2-week rolling rota which includes PM Shifts 16:43-23:00

The positions do include weekends and bankholidays.

To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.

The position will help you gain invaluable skills to deliver person centred care at every opportunity.

It’s essential you have GCSE Grades D-G in Maths & English or Functional skills level 1 in maths & English.

If you don’t have the essential qualification Level 2 in Health & Social care or equivalent in the relevant field for the position don’t worry!

The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction programme, full training to deliver high standards of care, and we will fund the qualification for you on successful completion of the probation period.

With a starting salary of £24,790 to £25,183 (FTE), enhancements for weekend and bank holiday working, plus overtime opportunities and 26 days holiday why wouldn’t you want to choose a career in care?
