The Harmony Trust is a strong Multi Academy Trust with academies in Derby, Oldham, and Tameside. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and skilled Peripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialism to join our Inclusion Team.

Employment Opportunity
The Board of Trustees wish to appoint a Peripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialism to teach within our Inclusion Hubs. The successful candidate will share our vision and values and be committed to Inclusion; ensuring our staff, pupils and families meet their potential. They will have strong knowledge as to how to meet the needs of children with Special Educational Needs.
Our aim is to build capacity across our academies so that we can effectively meet the needs of our children while enabling staff to develop specialism and expertise.
The post holder would be deployed into our Derby Hub and will work in person in one of our Inclusion Hubs. They will have the opportunity to influence and shape practice across both locally and wider across the Trust (through the use of technology and as part of the Inclusion Team).
The post would suit a candidate who is looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity.
The successful candidate will:
• have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour
• be an excellent Peripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialism with potential to develop further in the Trust
• lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
• have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND
• support the Head of Inclusion and Trust Leader Complex SEND in implementing thehub vision
• be committed to working partnership with all stakeholders including parents and external agencies
