At Orchard Care Homes, we are expanding our operational support team and are now seeking to appoint a Peripatetic Care Home Manager for our Yorkshire Region.
As a Peripatetic Care Home Manager, youwill be responsible for supporting Care Home Managers to drive premium care quality and compliance across the region in addition to managing a specific care home in the absence of a Home Manager if required. Your role will include overseeing all elements of residents' care, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and driving business opportunities and maintaining budgets and controlling costs. You will be an inspiring leader, and whilst supporting the day to day operations of our care homes, you will be seeking new opportunities to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing for both our residents and our home teams.
