ivolve care & support is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead care teams across multiple services in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses, ensuring high standards of care. Responsibilities include team leadership, regulatory compliance, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Shifts:Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
Pay Rate:Up to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with a background in supporting people with learning disabilities an supporting people with a mental health diagnosis, directly supporting the Area Managers to ensure a high standard of quality delivery.
We support people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, so particular experience in leading teams who support individuals with these diagnoses would be beneficial. We’re looking for an energetic manager who can provide coaching and guidance to the team, but also strive for improving and developing the service to be the best it can be.
