Is this the role for you? See below!

Key Responsibilities of a Peripatetic Manager:

  • Work closely with the Regional and Quality Support teams to align improvement strategies.

  • Proven experience with turnarounds, in the care home sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and support teams.
  • Ability to diagnose challenges, create structured action plans, and drive results.

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum.
  • Car allowance: £7,200 per year.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with service.

  • Supportive leadership culture with autonomy to manage time effectively.
