In this role, you will:
To succeed, you should be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, holding a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Experience in a nursing home setting, evidence of professional development, and skills in safeguarding, clinical risk assessments, HR, sales, marketing, and budget management are essential. You should be compassionate, resilient, flexible, and willing to travel.
