A leading council in Scotland seeks a Catering Manager responsible for overseeing production kitchen activities and catering services. The role involves organizing functions and ensuring meal transportation, contributing to community well-being through quality service delivery.
Responsible for all activities in a production kitchen and managing the provision of catering services within the principal production unit and other satellite units.
Organise and participate in internal and external function catering as required, and arrange transportation of meals and functions as appropriate.
