The role requires prison vetting clearance and a proactive approach to resettlement, with opportunities to develop skills and contribute to a fairer society in Surrey and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting participants in custody and community settings.
• Prison vetting clearance required.
• Strong interpersonal and guidance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide peripatetic cover in vacant locations to manage a caseload of participants.
• Deliver high quality support and guidance to enable participant engagement.
• Assist participants to engage with resettlement milestones and develop enhanced skills.
