Shaw Trust is seeking a peripatetic support worker based in Peterborough to manage a caseload of participants in custody and community, delivering high-quality guidance to enable successful resettlement and progression toward sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Must pass HMPPS vetting as a mandatory part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide peripatetic cover in vacant locations to manage a caseload of participants in custody, and community, enabling engagement and successful resettlement.
• Establish and maintain high-quality support and guidance to help participants overcome barriers to sustainable employment.
