Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an anaesthetic module to join our team at King’s Mill Hospital and Newark Hospital. You will scrub across ENT, Ophthalmology and General Surgery and participate in resuscitation calls and transfers.

• Evidence of good communication skills with clear written and oral skills.
• Evidence of effective organisation abilities and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrub duties across ENT, Ophthalmology and General Surgery.
• Attend resuscitation calls and intra-/inter-hospital transfers.
• Support training and development with the Clinical Education Department.
• Work across King's Mill Hospital and Newark Hospital as needed.
