Perioperative Practitioner - Recovery | Perm | St Anthony's Hospital, Sutton, 801 London Rd, Worcester Park, Sutton SM3 9DW

Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Perioperative Practitioner - Recovery, to join our dedicated theatre team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. As part of one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their post-operative recovery, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence.

Duties and responsibilities
  1. Supporting in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  2. Assist in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs in an extremely busy department
  3. Prepping the recovery bays and looking after patients after their surgery
  4. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
  5. Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements
Who we're looking for
  • Be NMC/HCPC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Have a minimum of 2 years recovery experience
  • Have been employed in a surgical/Theatre setting
  • You will be an enthusiastic, dedicated team player and used to working with minimum supervision
  • ALS and Airway Maintenance certifications would be desirable, though not essential - Training opportunities are available
