Spire Leeds Hospital is looking to recruit experienced and committed Theatre staff / ODPs to join our friendly operating theatre team. Our consultants come from all across the UK, and you will work closely with them, gaining exposure to the latest innovative, evidence-based clinical techniques.
Our Theatre staff / ODPs should be experienced in a variety of surgical procedures or willing to learn new procedures and techniques under expert supervision. We promote from within the Spire network, offering long-term career progression and advancement opportunities.
The hospital performs a wide variety of surgical procedures. You will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assist in delivering care to meet patient needs, promote best practices, contribute to quality improvements, and handle data collection, interpretation, and assessment for relevant stakeholders.
Ideally, you will be a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner, experienced in team working with minimal supervision. Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration or practitioner qualification and additional training, is desirable.
