Job summary

MBR Dental is assisting a private practice in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Periodontist for permanent employment. The role offers 1–2 days per month with a 50% split on private fees and a flexible surgery space from 8:30am–5:00pm.

The practice is established and well-supported, with an experienced dental team and on-site parking. GDC registration and specialist qualification are desirable, with opportunities to build a private caseload.

• GDC registered with specialist Periodontist qualification preferred.
• UK clinical experience in periodontics.
• Valid DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal referrals for periodontal treatment.
• Build a specialist private referral caseload.
• Provide periodontal care within the practice.

Periodontist – Winchester, Hampshire | 1–2 Days Per Month | 50% Private Fees

MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Periodontist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details

• Permanent position
• Available immediately (notice periods considered)
• 1–2 days per month
• Flexible surgery space Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 50% split on private fees
• Monthly pay with a 3-month notice period
• Existing periodontal referral opportunities within the practice
• Excellent long-term private earning potential
• Typical Periodontist earnings range from £90,000 to £200,000+ FTE, depending on workload and private income

About the Role
