Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment are assisting an independent dental practice in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Periodontist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage periodontal referrals within the practice and benefit from modern facilities, an experienced dental team and 50% private fee split.

This role offers flexible surgery space Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with 1–2 days per month and a clear path to develop a specialist private referral caseload.

Periodontist – Winchester, Hampshire | 1–2 Days Per Month | 50% Private Fees

MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Periodontist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Periodontist looking to develop a referral-based private caseload within an established, supportive practice. The successful candidate will manage periodontal referrals within the practice and benefit from modern facilities, an experienced dental team and 50% private fee split.

Position Details

• Permanent position
• Available immediately (notice periods considered)
• 1–2 days per month

• Existing periodontal referral opportunities within the practice
• Excellent long‑term private earning potential
• Typical Periodontist earnings range from £90,000 to £200,000+ FTE, depending on workload and private income

About the Role

• Practice requires an experienced Periodontist
• GDC Registered Specialist Periodontist preferred
• Manage internal referrals for periodontal treatment

Requirements

• GDC registered
• Specialist Periodontist qualification preferred
• UK clinical experience
• Valid DBS check
