Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its Perinatal Mental Health Service, creating a new role to develop the service and meet NHS long-term plan commitments. The successful candidate will join the Perinatal Clinical Lead, medical colleagues and wider team to deliver safe, person-centred care for mothers, infants and families.

You will work with commissioners and partner agencies to achieve excellent outcomes, supported by supervision and development

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive evidence-based assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Provide practical advice and support addressing Perinatal Service enquiries.
• Develop and deliver safe and effective services with the Perinatal Lead and Medical staff.
• Collaborate with commissioners and partner agencies to achieve best outcomes.
