We are actively hiring a Performance Test Analyst to join our dynamic team to work on an insurance project.

Type of Role : Contract - 3 months

Location : Melbourne

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute Non-Functional test plan covering performance, scalability, reliability, usability testing.
2. Conduct performance testing (LoadRunner, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing) to identify system bottlenecks.
3. Evaluate usability and accessibility to enhance user experience.
4. Conduct Disaster Recovery and failover testing to validate system resilience.
5. Expertise in scripting & test environment set-up using LoadRunner.
6. Work closely with Development, DevOps, Architects to integrate Non-Functional testing with CICD pipelines.
7. Analyse test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

Required Skills :

1. Expertise with LoadRunner (Essential)
2. Knowledge of API performance testing (Essential)
3. Expertise with Observability tools like Splunk (Essential)
4. Knowledge of scripting language like PowerShell.
5. Well versed with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
6. Experience with CI / CD pipeline.
