Performance Support Officer needed in Worcester Paying £15.17 per hr ref 1571863

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project and change management support, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and performance records.
  • Support statutory national reporting requirements, including data collection, verification, and submission.
  • Develop and deliver system, software, and reporting improvements to enhance performance management.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports for managers and elected members, ensuring high-quality, timely information.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing performance measures at directorate, service, and team levels.
  • Implement frameworks for routine, trend, and equity reporting in collaboration with operational managers.
  • Provide statistical and management information services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare statutory returns for external regulators using complex templates and formats.
  • Analyse complex data sets, including benchmarking, to inform policy and performance.
  • Investigate specific aspects of performance data to support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate performance information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ensure data quality through robust systems and processes, and advise on data quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements in all data handling activities.
