Position summary

In the Eastern Region Commercial Directorate, we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team. The role supports Supplier Relationship Management activities across the Region, including scheduling and co-ordination of meetings and events, supporting and collating production of reports, and assisting in validation of performance data through building strong collaborative relationships with regional stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
  • Proactively design, develop and implement new internal and external reports and analysis to meet new or changing business requirements
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analysis to agreed schedules and quality standards
  • Manage key contacts and stakeholders, liaising with them regularly to understand, prioritise and support their current business requirements
  • Identify, plan and deliver improvements to the existing reporting delivery methods
  • Answer reporting related queries from internal and external customers within agreed service levels
  • Arrange meetings for the management team
  • Co-ordinate and prepare agenda and papers for executive meetings and assist with follow-up action as necessary
  • Support the delivery of data analysis within time parameters
